Assist in evaluation of cost efficient architectural design solutions in line with master plans. Implementation of processes & procedures during design development.
Review designs deliverables for quality checks.
Provide architectural design management and co-ordination with external consultants and internal stakeholders.
Review work progress of team members for timely completion of design.

Coordinate with User Departments for Project Design.
Develop project design, ensuring sign-offs with User Departments.
Communicate with stakeholders for design progress and developments.
Compliance of statutory requirements as required by law or regulatory guidelines is met by all agencies.

Internal - Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work
Preparation of project brief, proposals and presentations in coordination with Project team.
Communicate with internal teams for design coordination and developments.
Preparation of design, specifications and all material approvals within Project team.
Coordinate architectural designs with structural & MEP and IT services
Coordinating and monitoring of outsourced design sub-consultants and external consultations along with Projects Team.
Ensure compliance of security, Safety & Environment provisions in design.

Should have independently designed complete Commercial/ Institutional / Public Utility building project of Rs 200 - 250 crores.

Should have handled a team of at least 6 Junior Architect and draftsmen to deliver the design project.

Good presentation and communication skills.
Member of Council of Architecture.
Proficient in all related latest software.
Keen in learning and implementing new technology

Educational Qualifications
A Bachelor s Degree in Architecture.
Certified Revit Architecture Associate

Overall 15-18 Years of work experience as Design Architect.
Design Management & Project Management experience preferred
Well versed in the following:
Ability to interact with client for execution of design.
Hand Sketches of design and concept proposal.
Architectural Detailing and working drawing.
Execute implementation of architectural / interior works independently.
Sound Knowledge of National Building Code of India, Local Bye laws, Design standards, Fire dept. regulations, and compliances to statutory norms.
Design tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, V-Ray, 3D Max, Photoshop / Adobe Creative Suite / Sketch up.
Sound knowledge of architectural and interior design and review.
Sound Knowledge of standards, Byelaws, green buildings and latest materials and technologies.
Preparation of reports (Technical evaluation report, new project report, new schemes feasibility report, etc.)
