Job Title: Senior Executive - HR Analytics

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven professional to join our HR Analytics team as a Senior Executive. With at least 3 years of experience, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enabling data-driven HR decisions through advanced reporting, operational management, and collaboration on HR Analytics projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advanced Reporting and Dashboards:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards to track HR metrics, including headcount, hiring, attrition, DEI, and productivity.
• Prepare and deliver detailed and actionable reports for HR and business stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

2. Data Governance Projects:

• Support the creation and maintenance of HR data catalogues and glossaries to standardize data definitions across the organization.
• Prepare and update documentation related to data governance processes and policies.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with organizational data governance frameworks.

3. Data Analysis and Management:

• Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from various systems to generate actionable insights.
• Conduct trend analysis and respond to ad hoc data requests from HR leadership.

4. Collaboration and Project Support:

• Collaborate with internal HR Analytics and broader HR teams to deliver on analytics and transformation projects.
• Partner with external digital teams to support HR Analytics initiatives.
• Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional analytics-related projects, ensuring effective communication and timely deliverables.

5. Operational Excellence:

• Manage day-to-day reporting and operational tasks, including metric updates and responding to data queries.
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel tools (using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) for analysis and reporting.

6. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Liaise with HR and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver tailored analytics solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in engineering, Technology, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, reporting, or a similar role.
• Expertise in Power BI (Intermediary) is must, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain dashboards.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions, formulas, macros, and data visualization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
• Certification in Power BI, Data Analytics, or Data Governance.
• Experience in HR Data Governance or Transformation projects.
