Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Digital Transformation team, supporting our Aqua Feed Manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, data analysis, and digital applications. This role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the digital team, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Process Understanding & Documentation:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and map end-to-end processes.
• Translate business needs into clear, detailed requirement documents for the digital transformation team.

2. Stakeholder Management & Communication:

• Engage with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, align requirements, and drive consensus.
• Communicate effectively across various levels of the organisation to ensure clarity of requirements and project status.

3. Data Analysis & Insights Generation:

• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
• Present insights using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI/Tableau to support business decisions.
• Work with teams to close identified gaps and implement process improvements.

4. Digital Application Support & User Training:

• Gain in-depth knowledge of digital applications deployed across the business.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption.
• Track application usage, gather feedback, and suggest enhancements for better performance.

5. Issue Troubleshooting & Coordination:

• Troubleshoot basic application issues and collaborate with the digital team for resolution.
• Ensure timely resolution of critical issues to minimize operational impact.

6. Continuous Improvement & Adoption Tracking:

• Monitor and track the adoption of digital tools and applications.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and drive initiatives to enhance application utilization.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2-4 years) in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to convert them into actionable requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and presentation.
• Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and analysis is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.
