Executive - Driver Trainer

Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for airport drivers. Conduct both classroom and on-the-job training sessions. Ensure drivers are well-versed in airport safety regulations and procedures. Assess driver performance and provide constructive feedback. Maintain accurate training records and monitor driver progress. Update training materials to align with current best practices and regulations. Work closely with airport management to identify training needs and implement solutions. Foster a culture of safety and customer service excellence. Working Conditions: Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays. Ability to work in diverse weather conditions. Willingness to travel as required for training sessions.
