Manager - Treasury

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Cash management and Investment (including redemption) execution and related activities
2. Ensure timely investments and redemptions to avoid any return loss to the company
3. Loan documentation and related document execution (including KYC) - ensure timely drawdown of loans
4. Vendor Invoice processing Keep proper track of all treasury related invoices & timely payments
5. Processing Fees payment and invoice tracking ensure all additional fee payment for which GST invoice is applicable to be obtained from lenders and shared with Finance Team
6. Ensure timely debt repayments on daily basis and intimation/follow up with lenders Keep track of debt (EMI) repayments to lenders and co-ordinate with Finance team and lenders to ensure the same
7. Commercial Paper issuance
8. Charge creation, modification and satisfaction
9. Sharing of information with Finance Team timely for proper accounting
10. Manage Bank Account opening /mandate modification/closure
11. Any other adhoc activity for accomplishing Treasury activities
12. Ensure proper filing & sorting of hard copy of documents
