Job Description

We are seeking exceptional and experienced Junior Sales & Marketing Executives with extensive expertise in Pre-finished Wooden Doors, Windows, UPVC, and Aluminium Windows and Doors. This prestigious position entails the development and implementation of advanced marketing strategies designed to boost product visibility, elevate brand reputation, and significantly enhance sales performance.


Role & responsibilities


  • Formulate and implement sophisticated marketing initiatives and strategies to elevate the visibility of our premium building material offerings, catering to both B2B and B2C clientele.
  • Craft and implement sophisticated sales strategies designed to achieve corporate goals. Pursue and cultivate new business prospects within the Wood, uPVC, and Aluminium Doors & Windows industry, with a particular emphasis on engaging Architects, Builders, and other key stakeholders.
  • Engage in comprehensive market analysis to uncover emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive dynamics, thereby shaping our marketing approach.
  • Partner with the sales division to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and promotional content that bolster our sales endeavors.
  • Scrutinize marketing analytics and performance metrics to assess outcomes, gauge effectiveness, and leverage data-driven insights for the enhancement of marketing campaigns.
  • Remain attuned to industry advancements, best practices, and innovative technologies to perpetually refine our marketing strategies and methodologies.
  • Additionally, a performance-based compensation structure will be in place, reflecting the sales generated for the organization.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil (Diploma and B-tech) or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
