Job Description

We are in pursuit of a distinguished and seasoned Senior Sales & Marketing Manager, possessing profound knowledge in the realms of Pre-finished Wooden Doors, Windows, UPVC, and Aluminium Windows and Doors. This esteemed role involves the creation and execution of sophisticated marketing strategies aimed at elevating product visibility, amplifying brand recognition, and driving substantial sales growth.


Role & responsibilities


  • Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to meet company objectives. Seek and engage new business opportunities in the Wood, uPVC, and Aluminium Doors & Windows sector, focusing on Architects, Builders, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Conclude orders by ensuring an exceptional sales experience for clients.
  • Engage directly with clients through Architects, Builders, Contractors, and Fabricators within designated areas to generate business.
  • Create and implement marketing plans and strategies to promote our products, targeting both B2B and B2C segments.
  • Oversee the sales of Doors and Windows in the assigned territory while providing operational support.
  • Prepare and present persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Engage in ongoing training sessions provided by the company to enhance your understanding of the technical aspects of our products, with an emphasis on both Retail and Project Sales.
  • Support operations in processing sales orders and following up on payments. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrate adaptability and readiness to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to guide marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create sales materials, presentations, and promotional content to enhance sales initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually refine marketing strategies and tactics.
  • A variable pay structure will be in place based on the sales generated for the company.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and fostering business growth.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with strong analytical capabilities to interpret market data and trends.
  • Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports along with inquiry forms.
