Role & responsibilities:

1. Strategic Vision and Planning: -

Develop a robust admissions and placements strategy in alignment with organizational objectives and expansion targets. - Discern market dynamics, trends, and potential, optimizing market share.

2. Admissions Oversight: -

Supervise the admission process for all campuses, ensuring a transparent, student-centric approach. - Collaborate with various departments to deliver a seamless admission experience for prospective students.

3. Competitive Analysis: -

Continuously scrutinize and assess the performance of competitors within the education sector. - Utilize market insights to foster data-driven decision-making and adapt our strategies proactively.

4. Sales and Marketing Leadership: -

Conceptualize and implement cutting-edge sales and marketing strategies to attract students from diverse backgrounds. - Harness various marketing channels, digital platforms, and strategic partnerships to reach the target audience effectively.

5. Market Intelligence: -

Furnish management with in-depth market insights, encompassing feedback on program offerings, pricing, and promotional strategies.

- Offer insights and recommendations on avenues to maximize market share and growth.

6. Achieve Annual Targets: - Establish and monitor annual targets for admissions and placements, driving efforts to meet or surpass them. - Formulate action plans and engage in close cooperation with campus leaders and teams to realize these goals.
