Role & responsibilities:

- Your primary focus will be on driving subscription sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized solutions and exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.

- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and ongoing coaching to maximize individual and collective performance.

Qualifications:

- Any graduation, and MBA/PGDM.

- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales leadership roles.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.

- Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned region.
