We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager of Training who is ready to step into a role where you will shape the future of our Indevia team. We have worked remotely since COVID, but our staff are comfortable training online, remotely, and in person, so all forms of training are available for you to explore given your comfort level and experience in all formats. You will work directly to the Vice President of HR and Operations and collaborate closely with a range of teams and diverse personalities across the Organization.
Scouting for: Assistant Manager - Training and Development(T&D)
Job Responsibilities: To collaborate closely with respective stakeholders across the organization:
- Design, Develop, and Implement Training Programs
- Conceptualize innovative and flexible methods to address the developmental and capacity-building needs
- Facilitate Training sessions and Training needs assessment
- Consistently assess and provide ongoing performance feedback to all levels of team members
- Collaborate with stakeholders
- Collaborate with external training providers, industry experts, and professional bodies to leverage external resources and expertise. Manage the training budget, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Stay ahead of Trends: Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative training techniques. Your enthusiasm for learning will help us bring fresh, cutting-edge ideas to our training initiatives.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and compliance requirements related to the accounting industry and incorporate them into training programs, as necessary.
- Refining existing systems and processes, and setting up new training structure/cell as required, including but not limited to preparing and tracking the annual L&D Budget; creating and updating the Training Calendar; tracking training attendance; capturing feedback on training programs, evaluating/implementing new LMS tool for tracking, MIS report and Dashboard and so on.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream plus a diploma/degree in Human Resources or Training and Development is a Must
- 5 to 8+ years of hands-on experience in Training and Development
- A passion for people: who genuinely care about helping others grow and succeed.
- Professional certification in Training management is a MUST.
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong process orientation and a work ethic that focuses on the thoroughness of approach, precision, and mindfulness.
- Excellent Communication: your clear and inspiring communication style helps you connect with diverse audiences and facilitate effective learning experiences.
