Regional Human Resource Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across multiple locations within the region.
  
• Oversee HR generalist activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll management, and attendance tracking.
  
• Develop and implement effective performance management systems to drive business outcomes.
  
• Collaborate with regional teams to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on regional HR or similar function.
  
• Strong understanding of HR generalist activities including recruitment, onboarding, payroll management, attendance management, performance management.
  
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels.
