Job Description: Call Centre Executive


Job Overview


We are seeking enthusiastic Call Centre Executives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will possess excellent language proficiency and strong customer service skills to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions through calls, addressing queries, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic approach to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Log and document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve escalations.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide language-specific support tailored to customer needs.

Skills & Qualifications

For Position 1:


  • Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and at least one other Indian language (e.g., Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati).
  • Work Location: Delhi, Bhopal, Bangalore or Cochin (Corporate Office).

General Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using basic computer systems and CRM tools.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Graduate or equivalent qualification (preferred).
  • Experience: 1-3 years in call centre operations or customer service roles.

Compensation

  • Salary will be commensurate with current compensation and relevant experience.
