Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Develop strong understanding of gold loan products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
  
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for other financial products and services offered by the company.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities.
• Must have Gold Loan experience and be from the local area.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in branch handling or similar role in NBFC industry (gold loan preferred).
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by management.
