Role: Contracting CoE
Job Description:
Act as a Point of contact for Statement of Work ( SOW ) and Change orders ( CO )
Authoring and validating wordings for SOW and CO
Connect with business and delivery teams for inputs to ensure completeness, accuracy and alignment with organisational guidelines and policies.
Work in co-ordination with legal and finance teams for approval
Develop understanding of the services offered by Indegene, its pricing and engagement models to help author the SOW
Track the SOWs drafted until signed with multiple data points. .

Desired Profile:
At least Bachelor s degree in commerce/business management/ business law
Experienced with MS-office
Excellent English verbal communication and written skills
Ability to work independently in fast paced environment
At least 2 years of experience in contracting or related field.
