Senior Project Associate

Job Description

Work directly with the client and internal production team - onshore and offshore, to deliver commercial marketing assets which may include websites, banner ads, emails, print collateral and social media assets
Act as a subject matter expert throughout the production lifecycle, alongside the Account team and client delivery managers- from requirements gathering through final delivery
Support relevant stakeholders with regular status updates including on production milestones, risk management, and resolution
Work directly with key stakeholders and have full accountability for delivery of assets and product launches.
Understand and maintain knowledge of brand and business objectives to align marketing programs with Brand goals
Build and maintain trusted relationships with peers and leaders, ensuring successful client partnerships
Responsible for ensuring operational delivery excellence and timely delivery of assets"

Must Have:

Bachelor s Degree or related work experience
3 to 4 years of experience in marketing, content delivery, marketing operations and/or advertising agency in the Pharmaceutical/Life science domain with 3+ years of experience managing digital assets being preferred
Experience in building and maintaining relationships across various stakeholders including brand and partner teams (internal and external) and Experience working with and collaborating with external partner and the ability to mentor teams
3+ years of pharmaceutical or related experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and is
exceptionally organized
Understand and maintain knowledge of brand and business objectives to align marketing programs with Brand goals
Have the ability to prioritize and organize workload across multiple groups.
Project management abilities - ability to multi task and experience with managing complex and concurrent projects within budget
Digital Marketing Experience and Omnichannel campaigns
