Role Description:
Develop, author, and update DTC based and Symptom based diagnostic procedures for various automotive systems such as Engine, Transmission, Chassis, Body, Electrical, Electric Vehicle architecture and etc.,
Develop guided diagnostic procedures by using DTC chart tables, wiring schematics, technical specifications and other various engineering data Consult with various internal and external SMEs, and various client personals to obtain the procedure requirements Gathering and analyze the various client source data such as wiring schematics, PIN out information, FMEAs, ODX, PID, DID, parts lists and specifications to integrate and create fault tree sequence Perform extensive research on automotive system and subsystem s to create accurate content Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on resuse data repositories
Write easy-to-understand user interface text using tools Responsible for delivery of projects which are on time, within budget and accurate Incorporate peer, tech and customer review changes
Validates technical information based on client-supplied information Revise technical content of existing manuals based on the various feedbacks by using engineering specifications Advises project manager of project status and potential issues Manages workload and achieve results with minimum supervision Completes various assignments as directed by management
