The team member will be responsible for driving cross-channel analytics platform implementation and maintenance, including setup, configuration, and integration. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive development and implementation of approved Solution Designs for Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Launch
• Design and implement data connections from multiple sources into Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Launch
• Create and maintain Customer Journey Analytics data schemas, datasets, and connections within Adobe CJA and Adobe Launch
• Build and optimize Adobe Customer Journey Analytics workspaces, data views, and calculated metrics
• Validate/QA Customer Journey Analytics data collection and configuration; conduct periodic audits and troubleshoot implementations
• Support analyst preparation of measurement plans; collaborate to refine customer journey tracking and attribution modeling requirements
• Collaborate with engineering team and strategy managers to optimize implementations based on client needs
• Provide strategic guidance on CJA implementations and support new business with project estimates
• Integrate Adobe CJA and Adobe Launch with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (e.g., Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and AEP) as needed
• Develop governance frameworks for Adobe CJA implementation and ensure compliance
• Other technical projects as assigned by the Engineering Manager and Account Manager

Requirements:

• Must have experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Launch, JavaScript programming, and knowledge of HTML, CSS
• A minimum of 6 years of experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch is required; Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) hands-on experience is strongly preferred
• Solid hands-on Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch implementation experience (minimum of 2 years); Adobe CJA certifications are a must
• Expertise working with cross-channel data ingestion, transformation, and harmonization for CJA, developing customer journey data schemas, and preparing data models
• Proficiency in designing and implementing cross-platform data connections within Adobe CJA and Adobe Launch
• Experience implementing and integrating other Adobe solutions such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, or Adobe Real-Time CDP is a plus
• Experience working with Customer Journey Analytics Workspace, Attribution IQ, Fallout, and Flow Reports
• Experience with CJA data governance, privacy compliance, and cross-channel data quality management
• Understanding databases, SQL, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) data modeling principles
• Experience with ETL processes, data stitching, and identity resolution for CJA implementations
• Must have experience with analytics quality assurance and technical testing methods
• Should thrive in a deadline-driven environment, contributing to multiple projects at a time
• Strong ability to collaborate with data engineers, marketing analysts, and business stakeholders to define CJA data requirements
• Partnering and collaboration attitude is a must
• Will need to be available for occasional travel on-site to client locations

Qualification & Experience:

• Technical background (B. Tech/BE, M.Tech, Dual Degree) or background in Digital Marketing
• More than 8 years of relevant experience
