Job Description:

COPY EDITOR

You will be responsible for:

• Review the L-MACH content for grammar, punctuation, style, and clarity, ensuring scientific accuracy and language consistency.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using editorial, proofreading, referencing tools, and various document management and file sharing systems.
• Critically evaluate the relevance and accuracy of scientific content.
• Interpret and edit data, charts, tables and ensure that statistical information is accurately presented and described.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, provide constructive feedback, and address editorial queries.
• Adapt to changes in guidelines, regulations, best practices, tools, softwares, and processes and be flexible in handling revisions and updates.
• Serve as Veeva PromoMats "Owner" for modules.
• QC populated templates and incorporate feedback as the templates move through the Triage/Write process.
• Escalate for evaluation proposed revisions to content, which are not justified by annotations, which highlight impact to accuracy or compliance to promotional requirements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, provide constructive feedback, and address editorial queries.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4-5 years of relevant experience
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Time management and stakeholder management
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure timely delivery of projects while handling multiple tasks without compromising quality
• Ability to drive correct application of BRIX process
• Expertise in routing platforms such as Adobe, Veeva PromoMats, and Wrike
• Editing and proofreading
• Attention to detail

• Training and mentoring

• Subject matter expertise
• Strong understanding of the medical SOPs such as MCA procedures
