Who are you?

We are looking for a talented production designer to complement our team and working for our clients within the pharmaceutical industry. Must have visual communication skills including: layout and typography, and be comfortable in multiple workstream environments. Will execute on a variety of print materials and some digital/on-line designs (e.g. websites, banners, interactive PDF s, and interactive visual aids. Must be able to edit and work to create adaptations and updates from existing materials, creating the highest quality output while keeping brand identity consistent.

Job Description:

• Develop artwork for a variety of multichannel deliverables (print and digital) based on approved creative concepts
• Responsible for ensuring that brand guidelines and given media specs are adhered to for print and digital creative executions.
• Ensure that all work is produced to specification, within, but not limited to, file color density limits size/specification limits
• Guarantee the final piece is fully QC d against the specifications and agreed upon guidelines before release
• Work closely with project management under strict design guidelines
• Integrate retouched art and copy materials into newly developed templates
• Put forward and execute ideas through to the end, and ensure that all work produced is to a suitable standard and within brand guidelines

Ideal Profile:

• Bachelor s degree in Digital Arts/Graphic Design (or other related field) or equivalent years of experience
• 5-7 years of work experience in a creative production environment or graphic design industry
• Keen attention to detail
• Effectively work under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities/projects
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• An understanding of layout principles and the cause and effect of resizing a campaign; experience completing tasks under strict layout principles
• Experience creating campaigns and extending the look and feel through various re-sizes
• Fluent in the full Adobe Suite - InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop etc.
• Working knowledge of print, 4/C process and spot color printing and all
  standard print practices across Digital and Conventional disciplines and
  asset delivery experience
• Should be proficient with English and local language
