Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Manager - Accounts Receivable

Location: Gurgaon
Department: Finance & Accounts
Experience: 4-9 years
Education: M.Com or equivalent in Accounting/Finance


Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable person to manage billing, invoicing, collections, and reconciliation processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial accounting, taxation, and compliance and be proficient in tools like Excel, Tally, Google Sheets, and Zoho. The role focuses on ensuring efficient receivables management, timely collections, and accurate financial reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Receivable Management:

  • Oversee invoicing, billing, and collections while maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure accuracy.

2. Financial Reporting & MIS:

  • Prepare monthly AR reports, aging analysis, and reconciliation statements.
  • Maintain and update MIS systems for better tracking and reporting of receivables.
  • Provide insights into outstanding payments, bad debts, and cash flow optimization.

3. Compliance & Audits:

  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other tax regulations related to receivables.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

4. Process Optimization & Tools:

  • Configure and optimize Zoho suite applications for accounting and reporting.
  • Utilize Google Sheets, Tally, and Excel for efficient financial data management.
  • Implement automation strategies to enhance AR tracking and efficiency.

  • Proficiency in Zoho, Tally, Google Sheets, and Excel for financial data management.
  • Experience in audit coordination and reporting.
