Roles & Responsibilities:
* Responsible for planning, developing and purchasing of goods and services, parts, equipment,
consumables, finalization of AMC / Manpower Supply / Services contracts in a timely and cost
effective way; while maintaining appropriate quality standards, Service Level Agreement (SLA) and specifications
* Handle complete procurement requirement for Goods (Repair and Maintenance, Consumables related to DG Set, HVAC, Elevators, UPS, Panels) and Services (AMC contracts, Manpower service contracts) for existing commercial facilities and also upgradation of premises as per requirement of Operations team.
* Oversees all activities related to procurement of goods and services, from purchase requisitions to purchase order and contracts through delivery.
* Ensure procurement of goods and services based on QCD Quality, Cost and Delivery
parameters.
* Ensure Procurement Policy and DOA compliance while processing the requirements and any
deviation needs to be highlighted to Management for exception approval.
* Make sure that PR/PO TAT as specified in Procurement policy is complied. Be proactive in
approach to prepare Quarterly / Annual procurement plan
* Source and maintains suppliers that provide high quality products and services at a better price
while maintaining the highest Code of Ethics and Conduct. Ensure ABC, COC policy is followed all times.
* Evaluate performance of suppliers and maintain list of approved and barred supplier
* Reviews purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy and issue
change orders. Ensure minimum wage and other statutory compliance are adhered by vendors.
* Prepares commercial comparison and reviews contracts, bids, proposals, and vendor agreements for legal correctness, price, and acceptability of items to specifications.
* Handling internal & External Audits: Support Ops Compliance / Surveillance teams to ensure zero audit observations and findings.
* Extensively involve in building collaboration with operations team and implement governance by conduction weekly and monthly meetings.
* Review day to day activities, including but not limited to PRs, AMCs, Manpower & Service
Contracts. etc.
