Job Profile:

As a Tele Collection and Verification Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to conduct telephonic collections for EMI payments and ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the collection process. You will verify the collection process through tele calling, track relevant data, and share snapshots of the verification process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tele Collection:

• Conduct outbound calls to customers for collecting EMI payments.
• Ensure timely collection of payments by engaging with customers and addressing their concerns.
• Maintain a polite and professional tone while communicating with customers.

2. Verifying the Collection Process through Tele Calling:

• Validate the collection process by verifying the information provided by customers during tele calling.
• Cross-check data and confirm whether payment procedures are being followed as per company standards.

3. Tracking and Sharing Snapshots of Verification:

• Monitor the status of the collection and verification process by tracking relevant data and updates.
• Maintain a clear record of the verification process for transparency and follow-up purposes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Graduate degree preferred.
• Language Skills: Fluency in the regional language (multilingual) and good command over spoken English.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Excel for data tracking, and MS-Outlook or Gmail
