Collection NPA - Tele-Caller

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Collection NPA BKT Tele-Caller in leading Non-Banking Financial Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts (Buckets: 61-90, 91-120, 121+ DPD) to negotiate payment arrangements, ensuring timely recoveries and minimizing losses.

Role & responsibilities

1. Make Outbound Calls: Contact customers with overdue accounts via phone to discuss their outstanding balances and negotiate payment arrangements.

2. Negotiate Payment Plans: Work with customers to establish realistic payment plans, ensuring timely payments and reducing the risk of further delinquency.

3. Update Customer Records: Accurately update customer records and account information in our database.

4. Meet Performance Targets: Meet or exceed monthly performance targets, including call volume, payment arrangements, and settlement targets.

5. Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure all calls are handled professionally, and customer interactions are respectful and courteous.

6. Collaborate with Team Members: Share best practices and collaborate with team members to achieve team goals.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in collections, customer service, or a related field.

2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Negotiation Skills: Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills.

4. Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

5. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using databases and telephony systems.
