Job Role - Cluster Credit Manager (Unsecured Loans)

Skills Required

Financial assessment by field verification and documents, understanding the business model, cycle time, stock valuation, TO, margins, expenses etc.,

Eligibility checks for business profiles,

Unsecured underwriting experience in Rural and Semi urban areas,

Tracking and reviewing - Sourcing quality, Approval quality, TAT, Audit on appraisals, Bounces and Early warnings.

Job Responsibilities

Financial responsibilities should be able to understand various business profiles of self- employed & non- professionals.

End to end complete customer assessment by visiting his business place, residence and security proposed.

Understanding of inherent credit, operational risk and fraud risk.

Imparting regular training to sales & credit team

Organizing and performing task within defined TAT for processing

Preparation of customer assessment memo and cash flow analysis and bank statement analysis

Handling team of credit managers in branches under given cluster

Maintaining portfolio MIS, Delinquency MIS and other related MIS of cluster and regularly reporting the same.

Supporting business team for seamless processing of proposal.

Positive Approach with problem solving attitude.

Maintaining confidentiality of Information gathered from customers.

Maintain confidentiality of company information

Safe guard of company assets provided for serving job responsibilities, Like ID, SIM, Marketing Manual, Laptops & systems

Review of Early warning & Non-Starters cases.

Key Knowledge

Good Knowledge of credit bureau check & documentation,

Should have good computer skills specially data entry knowledge in MS-Word, Excel, PPT ad MIS management, KYC knowledge.

Good Knowledge of related geography, documentation management.
