About the company:

- InCommon is hiring for Nucleon Health, a leading company in healthcare claims management and financing.

- Nucleon simplifies claim processes and empowers hospitals with solutions like reimbursement and cashless claims, Ayushman Bharat claims, and empanelment services, ensuring operational efficiency and financial stability.

Position Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations to oversee and manage the end-to-end operations of Nucleon Health.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all our products Reimbursement Claims, Cashless Claims, Ayushman Bharat, and Empanelment Services while leading and motivating teams across departments.

- The Head of Ops will also be the key point of contact for hospitals to address operational escalations and ensure outstanding service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Operations Management:

- Oversee and manage the operations of all Nucleon Health products, including:.

- Reimbursement Claims: End-to-end claim processing and financing.

- Cashless Claims: Streamlining cashless insurance claims for hospitals.

- Ayushman Bharat Claims: Handling claims and financing under the government's healthcare initiative.

- Empanelment Services: Ensuring smooth onboarding of hospitals with insurance companies.

- Develop and implement scalable operational processes to optimize efficiency and reduce TAT (Turnaround Time) across all products.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and manage cross-functional teams across claims, empanelment, and finance departments.

- Mentor and motivate department heads and team members to achieve KPIs and drive overall operational excellence.

- Ensure continuous training and development of the team to stay updated with industry best practices.

Hospital Relations and Escalation Management:

- Serve as the primary escalation point for hospitals, addressing operational challenges and resolving them promptly.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital partners to ensure high satisfaction levels and long-term collaboration.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements based on hospital feedback and operational insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:


- Work closely with the Founder/CEO to align operational strategies with the company's overall vision and goals.

- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to identify areas of improvement and new growth opportunities.

- Ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments to maintain efficiency and service quality.

Requirements:


- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or a related industry.

- Demonstrated experience in managing large teams and handling cross-functional operations.

- Prior experience in hospital relations or claims management is a plus.

- Proven experience in streamlining operations, reducing TAT, and improving team performance.

- In-depth understanding of healthcare claims management, insurance processes, and hospital operations is highly desirable.
