Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Head of Product with startup DNA to drive our product vision and strategy in workplace design. This role involves leading a team of 6 product managers and designers, developing a data-driven product roadmap, and scaling enterprise SaaS solutions.

Experience in complex data products, financial workflows, or AI-driven solutions is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :

- Define and execute a data-driven product vision and roadmap.

- Champion metrics-based decision-making across product initiatives.

- Identify AI integration opportunities within our products.

- Build and mentor a high-performing product team.

- Cultivate strong relationships with enterprise customers.

Product Development :

- Lead product initiatives from ideation to launch.

- Collaborate with engineering to guide product architecture.

- Prioritize high-impact opportunities and ensure exceptional UX.

- Balance innovation with market demands and enterprise scalability.

Operational Excellence :

- Drive scalable product development processes.

- Foster cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and design.

- Establish a metrics-driven product culture and track key OKRs.

- Optimize resource allocation and manage multiple workstreams.
