Job Description

Job Summary: The Junior Tender Executive will assist in the end-to-end tendering process for construction and infrastructure projects, including government and private sector bids. This role involves preparing and submitting tender documents, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry regulations.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Tender Identification & Analysis:

  • Identify and track relevant tender opportunities from government e-procurement portals ,private clients, and other sources.
  • Review and analyze tender documents, contract requirements, and project specifications.
  • Conduct preliminary feasibility assessments and risk analysis for tender participation.

2. Tender Documentation & Preparation:

  • Assist in the preparation of technical and financial proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Support the preparation of cost estimation, BOQ, and rate analysis in coordination with the estimation and procurement teams.
  • Compile and organize required documents, including company credentials, financial statements, project references, and compliance certificates.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Procurement) to collect necessary data for bid submissions.

3. Coordination & Communication:

  • Liaise with government agencies, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain project-related information and quotations.
  • Respond to pre-bid queries and seek clarifications from clients when necessary.
  • Assist in vendor/subcontractor negotiations for competitive pricing and terms.

4. Tender Submission & Compliance:

  • Ensure timely submission of tenders, both online (GeM, CPP Portal, E-Tendering) and offline, as per client guidelines.
  • Verify that all tender submissions meet regulatory, legal, and contractual requirements.
  • Maintain and update tender submission records and documentation for audits and future reference.

5. Post-Tender Follow-Up & Reporting:

  • Track the status of submitted tenders and update the management team.
  • Assist in preparing responses to post-bid queries, negotiations, and clarifications requested by clients.
  • Document and analyze bid outcomes to improve future tender strategies.
