About the Role:
HR Specialist will manage key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and policy development. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of HR practices and the ability to foster a positive work environment.
Roles and responsibilities:
- As part of your work at Inclusive Minds, you could be tasked with one or more of the following roles
Responsibilities:
- Build best in class processes - Institutionalize and implement best in class systems and processes in the areas of on-boarding, performance management, talent acquisition and learning and development
- Talent strategy - Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy, current and future talent needs, recruiting and retention
- End to end employee lifecycle management - Maintain employee database, handle payroll and employee benefits program
- Industry best practices - Build and implement internal processes and policies customized to the needs of the industry
- Compliance - Recommend best practices, review and update internal policies and practices to maintain organizational compliance
Desired qualification and experience:
- 3-7 years of work experience in handling various HR Roles and Responsibilities
- Start-up experience - unique challenges and long working hours
- Working proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite and G Suite
- Ability to use and navigate through various hiring portals
- Have strong time management skills and people management skills
- Possess ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects
- Attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and ability to work under minimal supervision
- Strong ethical grounding and absolute adherence to the firm's confidentiality rules and processes.
