About the role :

As a Data Visualization and Web Development Specialist at Inclusive Minds, you will play a key role in transforming complex electoral data into compelling, easy-to-understand visual formats that drive strategic decisions for political campaigns.

Required Technical Skills :

To be a part of our data and analytics team, candidates should have a strong technical foundation in the following areas:

- Hands-on experience with web visualization frameworks such as D3.js, Chart.js, Highcharts, or equivalent.

- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience in handling relational databases. (optional)

- Proficiency in Python or R or PHP for data processing, analytics, and visualization.

- Experience in working with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib for data handling in Python.

- Ability to automate data processing pipelines and extract actionable insights.

- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R or PHP for data manipulation and visualization.

- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building and enhancing web-based dashboards.

- Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js is a plus.

- Experience in integrating APIs and external data sources into web applications.

- Understanding of database optimization techniques for handling large-scale electoral data.
