About the Role:
We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital growth strategies with a strong focus on analytics, automation, and optimization. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, media buying, data science, and performance analytics to drive scalable, high-impact campaigns. You will leverage advanced data analysis, automation, and technology to optimize marketing performance, maximize ROI, and accelerate user growth across digital platforms.
Roles and responsibilities:
- As part of your work at Inclusive Minds, you could be tasked with one or more of the following roles
Growth Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a data-first digital growth strategy for the assigned region in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Identify and execute new opportunities for audience expansion, engagement, and user acquisition.
Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Plan, execute, and automate paid and organic digital campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Display, YouTube Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Conduct advanced A/B testing, multivariate testing (MVT), and predictive analytics to optimize targeting, creatives, and messaging.
- Manage and optimize large-scale budgets (greater than - 1Cr monthly) to maximize efficiency and performance.
- Expertise in media planning, buying in the digital ecosystem.
- Experience in influencer marketing, leveraging AI-driven audience segmentation to identify high-performing content creators.
Data Analytics & Insights:
- Utilize analytics to track and analyze key performance metrics, uncover trends, and identify growth opportunities.
- Generate real-time hashtag trend reports and audience insights to refine campaign strategies.
- Design, maintain, and enhance automated Social Media Analysis Reports (SMAR) dashboards for competitive intelligence.
- Define and monitor KPIs, attribution models, and funnel analytics to optimize conversion rates.
- Hands-on experience with social media APIs, SQL for data scraping & analysis, and integrating insights into marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency with Jupyter Notebooks for data transformation, predictive modeling, and performance tracking.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau) to build real-time, automated dashboards for stakeholders.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Partner with content, design, and data science teams to create impactful marketing campaigns.
- Provide AI-powered insights and automation-driven recommendations to enhance social media performance.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless tracking, tagging, and data integration across all digital platforms.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive marketing intelligence dashboards, campaign reports, and real-time performance trackers.
- Continuously document insights, growth experiments, and automation strategies to drive ongoing optimization.
Desired qualification and experience:
- Proven experience in performance marketing, growth hacking, or digital marketing with a strong data science and technology focus.
- Expertise in managing, optimizing, and automating paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, Amplitude, and social media analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and audience segmentation.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable AI-driven marketing strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and predictive analytics solutions.
- Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages is a plus.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, creative, and marketing).
