Roles & Responsibilities Business Analyst ( with Call Center Experience preferred)

• Provision of implementation, support and project co-ordination to the customer in achieving their agreed project / business requirements using the appropriate solution.   
• Writing detailed statements of work
• Managing project time and budgets, assessing and re-assessing estimates against actual performance to inform future projects. 
• Attending site or remote meetings to scope and deliver integration projects. 
• Supporting the Development team in providing supporting documentation, feedback, logging of bugs and enhancement requests for new and existing product features 

Mandatory Skills

• Co-ordinate the delivery of new sales including software implementation, project co-ordination, consultancy, script building and training to agreed standards, to agreed timescales and budget. 
• Co-ordinate the delivery and documentation of call-off contract work (ad-hoc advanced purchase PS time) to specification, timescale, and budget. 
• Co-ordinate the scoping, pricing, delivery and documentation of ad-hoc customer requirements to specification, timescale and budget.  
• Design and deliver complex solutions using the different Creovai products. 
• Delivery of training to customers and colleagues. 
• Prior experience in call center will be an advantage

Preferred Skills

• HTML 
• JavaScript 
• SQL and database design concepts. 
• General understanding of web technologies.
• Several years of Saas Administration
• An understanding of Project Management methodologies. 
• Preferred - Project Management Qualification (PRINCE / SIX SIGMA or equivalent) 
• Web based software industry experience preferred. 
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills. 
• Knowledge of the contact centre industry
