Job Description
- 10-14 years of experience on Java/J2EE/Microservices based applications design, development and deployment
- Experience of working as solution architecture from end-to-end perspective
- Hands-on as fullstack (frontend - Angular/React, Backend- Java/J2EE)
- Good knowledge of microservices is mandatory
- Must have experience in designing and developing complex, enterprise grade, highly available and scalable system.
- Very sound on Java fundamentals, OOPs concepts and Design Principles
- Strong on programming fundamentals, best practices
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with various design patterns
- Should have hands-on experience on Spring Boot, Spring Data/JPA, Kafka, Elastic Search
- Knowledge and experience on Logstash, K8s, Open Telemetry (good to have)
- Well versed with Agile scrum execution using the tools like JIRA
- Exposure to latest tools, trends and technologies
- Good aptitude and attitude, Flexible to upskill and cross-train.
- Ability to work with client stakeholders and work on solution approach.
- Willing to provide onsite/night overlaps.
- Must be able to lead and guide the team on technical challenges.
- Manage the team of 10+ engineer and keep high level track of their work/deliverables.
- Ability to apply and share culture of industry trends and developments to improve software delivery practice at scale
- Work with Infra, security & networking teams to resolve firewall and port issues in cloud.
- Assist use cases teams in troubleshooting failures.
- Continuous monitoring, Troubleshooting, and debugging of issues in the eco-system.
- Contribute to improve the efficiency of the assignment by quality improvements & innovative suggestions.
- Contribute to developing a knowledge base on collaboration with other team members.
