About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect - Network Security to join our dynamic team.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting cutting-edge network security solutions across the organization.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to understand their specific security needs, assess risks, and develop and implement effective strategies to enhance our overall network security posture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive network security architectures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), VPNs, and other security controls.
- Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- Develop and maintain network security policies and procedures.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions for network security challenges.
- Lead the implementation and integration of new network security technologies and products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network security issues.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g, IT, engineering, operations) to understand their security needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in network security technologies and industry best practices.
- Research and evaluate new security solutions and technologies to enhance the organization's security posture.
- Manage network security projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in network security design and implementation.
- Strong proficiency in network security technologies and products, including firewalls (e.g, Cisco, Palo Alto Networks), IDS/IPS, VPNs, SIEM, and endpoint security solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, etc.) and network topologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
