Senior UI Developer (Angular)

As a senior member of UI & UX practice team at Impetus, you will collaborate with clients, internal product teams, UI engineers, UX and visual designers to develop best of class user interfaces for web, mobile and tablets. Our objective is to deliver highly engaging and elegant front-end applications using latest web technologies and frameworks, design patterns and best practices for various engagements, including customer projects and internal IP development initiatives.

• Demonstrate technical excellence by collaborating with clients and internal product teams on design & analysis, code standardization and industry best practices
• Understand functional / non-functional UI requirements and deliver them with high quality
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders and able to meet and exceed expectations
• Identify and evolve common tool stack, design and develop reusable frameworks / components with an aim to standardize and accelerate user interface development

Technical Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment with exposure of all phases of SDLC
• Proficient in modern UI development using Angular, NgRX, JavaScript/ES6, TypeScript and HTML5/CSS3
• Rich experience in creating Responsive Web Design (RWD) for various form factors
• Hands-on with unit testing using frameworks like Mocha, Jasmine/Karma, Jest/Enzyme
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies

Good to have:

• Backend expertise using Node.js, Express and any SQL/NoSQL database
• Knowledge of data visualization libraries (D3, JIT etc.)
• Knowledge of cloud based UI development and serverless frameworks like AWS Amplify, Firebase, Azure Web Apps
• Containerization with Docker, Kubernetes
