Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force (6-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and customizations.

- Develop and maintain high-quality Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components (Aura and LWC).

- Create and configure robust Flows, Process Builders, and Workflows to automate business processes and improve efficiency.

- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing appropriate security controls, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs using various integration techniques, including REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware.

- Configure and manage Connected Apps and implement OAuth authentication for secure access control. Utilize Named Credentials to securely authenticate with external services and APIs.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment

- Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Required Technical Skills :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on complex projects and large-scale implementations.

- Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and proficiency in developing Lightning components (Aura and LWC).

- In-depth understanding of the Salesforce security model, including roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing settings, and data security best practices.
