Roles and Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers through various channels such as walk-ins, referrals, and outreach programs.
  
• Manage relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue and cross-sell third-party products.
  
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of bank's products like Retail Liabilities, HNI, Portfolio Management, Saving Account, CASA Sales & Third Party Products.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery.
