About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.
- This role will be instrumental in developing and executing our digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans across various channels, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and content marketing.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and others.
- Create engaging content, run targeted advertising campaigns, monitor social media trends, and analyze performance metrics.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, optimize website content and structure, build backlinks, and track SEO performance to improve organic search rankings.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct A/B testing, optimize campaigns for conversions, and track ROI.
- Email Marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote content, and drive conversions.
- Segment audiences, personalize email content, and analyze campaign performance.
- Content Marketing: Develop and execute a content marketing strategy to create valuable and engaging content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and case studies.
- Web Analytics: Utilize web analytics tools (Google Analytics) to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
- Analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize digital marketing efforts.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
- Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/ master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
- Specific experience level to be determined based on candidate pool and company needs.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Expertise in social media marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
