Operation Associate - Domestic Caller

position Overview:

Impact Guru Foundation is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives for Donor Acquisition and Retention. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our NGO's mission by connecting with potential donors over the phone and inspiring them to contribute to our noble cause.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential donors and effectively communicate the mission and objectives of the NGO.

2. Build rapport with prospects, understanding their interests, and persuasively articulate the impact of their donations on our projects.

Qualifications:

1. Education 10th and above.

2. Strong verbal communication skills with a pleasant and persuasive telephone manner.

3. Empathetic and passionate about the NGO's cause, demonstrating genuine commitment to making a positive impact.

Compensation/Salary :

1. Compensation will include a base salary and performance-based incentives.

2. Compensation would be as per the Industry norms.
