Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Vice President of Operations to lead our operations for Outbound Sales team. This critical leadership role involves enhancing customer service, driving revenue growth, managing P&L responsibilities, and optimizing operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence: Design and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure high service quality.
• Operational Optimization: Streamline workflows, leverage technology, and enhance efficiency across departments.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Revenue & Cost Management: Align operations with revenue growth objectives, manage budgets effectively, and drive cost efficiencies.
• P&L Management: Take ownership of the operations divisions P&L, ensuring financial goals are met.
• Outbound Operations: Oversee lead generation and conversion strategies for maximum revenue impact.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, finance, and HR teams to align operational activities with business goals.

• Experience: 12+ years in operations management, with expertise in customer service, outbound teams, and P&L management.
