Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Team Manager to lead our team in developing, managing, and optimizing data dashboards and visualization solutions. This role involves overseeing a team of 20 professionals who will focus on data-driven insights and reporting for business performance and strategic decision-making.

The successful candidate will be proficient in Tableau, SQL, MIS, and Excel and have a proven track record of delivering impactful data solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership & Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 20 MIS professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.

- Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and guide the team in skill development and career progression.

Data Dashboarding & Visualization :

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to support business operations and strategic decision-making.

- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity across all dashboards and reporting tools.

Strategic Reporting & Analysis

- Develop and implement an efficient MIS reporting framework that aligns with the company's business objectives.

- Conduct thorough analyses of business data, identifying trends and actionable insights to inform senior leadership.

Data Management & Quality Assurance :

- Oversee data collection, validation, and quality control processes to ensure reliable and robust data flows.

- Work with SQL and Excel to create automated processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :
- Act as a central point of contact for data and MIS-related queries from various departments.

- Collaborate closely with the Product, Technology, and Business teams to translate data requirements into actionable MIS solutions.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in Data Analytics or MIS are a plus.

- 6+ years of experience in MIS, data analytics, or business intelligence, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

- Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, Excel, and other data visualization and reporting tools.

- Strong understanding of data architecture and database management.

- Proven ability to lead large teams, manage complex projects, and deliver high-quality data insights in a fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.
