Junior Field Sales - IT Solutions

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to drive sales and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the IT industry, and a strong understanding of eCommerce and app development services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
• Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and present our IT services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with the internal team to deliver customized solutions to clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
• Keep up with industry trends and competitors to provide insights to the team.
• Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in IT, SaaS, or related industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel within Jaipur.
• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and mobile app development is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
