Job Description
Currently we have a requirement for Inside Sales Executive for our organization in Bengaluru. Kindly go through the JD below and let known if you fit into it and interested.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Lead generation and building of pipeline through existing database, social media and other web-channels.
- Research the market and related products and current solutions being used by prospective clients
- Representing Ikontel and its various service offerings to potential clients and prospects
- Effectively and independently articulating / delivering Ikontels value proposition and solution offerings to prospects.
- Developing a sustained pipeline of accounts by actively prospecting via cold-calls, marketing lead follow-up.
- Investigating the client s needs, to qualify them and through a strong and deep understanding of solutions, recommending the particular solution that best fulfils the identified needs.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Understanding customer requirement and closing sales.
- Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.
Essential requirements for this role include:
- You should have a natural flair towards sales
- You should be fluent in English with good articulation powers both verbal and written
- Should be active member on social media specially LinkedIn.
- Strong presentation skills
- You could either be a fresher or with 1-2 years of sales experience in IT solutions selling
- Bachelor s degree in business management or technology field is preferred not mandatory
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
- Desirable requirements for this role include
- IT Solution Selling / Implementation experience
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and work under pressure
