Announcement For the post of Lead - Technical Projects

• The LTP would be responsible for the overall development and coordination of Technical Projects of CoEZET in line with its Vision and Mission and manage the team members.
• Within IIT Madras, the LTP is expected to liaise with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CoEZET, Faculty Team, ICSR, Institute and Department Administration as required.
• Outside IITM, the LTP would support CEO for interacting with all stakeholders including Government, Automotive Industry, Automotive R&D organizations such as the Automotive Research Association of India, Policy Makers, Non-Governmental Organizations, and so on.
• The LTP would report to the CEO of CoEZET.
• The ability to lead a team on a daily basis, hold robust reviews and guide them with effective solutions would be the primary role and skill.

Selection:

• Shortlisted candidates would need to attend a Selection process in-person that a) may involve a written test, and b) would involve an interview.
• The decision of the selection committee would be final. Unsolicited communications by candidates during and after the Selection process would not be entertained.

Experience: At least 10 years in the Automotive Domain

Qualification: BE/BTech with at least 60%
