Job Description

The Apparel Training & Design Centre is a dynamic garment industry driven institute offering broad opportunities under campuses for professional design education at degree and diploma levels in Fashion Design & Retails, Apparel Manufacturing and Entrepreneurship diploma programme with a design foundation. ATDC invites online applications from high caliber design professional engaged in active professional creative practice with experience in design education with Apparel Export Sector orientation.

Director (Technical Education) (2 Positions)

The position shall independently handle with department leadership in technical education in apparel manufacturing including developing relevant courses, appropriate curriculum, Engaging pedagogy, Methods and professional planning for ATDC Centres Pan India. The candidate should hold Master degree in Textiles/ Apparel / GMT from NIFT/ other reputed Universities / National Fashion Institutes (Full Time) with a proven track record in vocational education/ training. The incumbent should have academic accomplishments with minimum 15 years of experience in student training, examinations and assessments. Working knowledge with AICTE/NCVET and similar institutes is desirable. The preferred age limit is below 50 years.

General

The positions are on full time fixed term contract basis for a period of 2 years which may be extended further based on performance at NHO Gurgaon which is also transferable in PAN India ATDC Centres.
