Tele Counsellor

Role & responsibilities

• Contact potential clients via phone to explain our programs and services Maintain a thorough understanding of the courses offered to provide accurate information.
• Follow up with leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
• Handle inquiries about course details, schedules, fees, and registration processes.
• Keep detailed records of interactions with potential clients and track progress.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and enrollments.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for increasing enrollments.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in a counseling or tele-calling role, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
