Roles and responsibilities

•To visit branches mapped to them as per company policy.

•Engage with branch staff and build rapport to derive intelligence
information

•Liaise with local police stations of each branch in his Area of
responsibility

•Coordinate with Audit and sales team for routine operations.

•Random audit checks of the branch operations.

•Check the security apparatus and surveillance system

•Train the branch staff on Security processes

•Train the security guard on SOP

•Ensure that the security process is followed without fail.

•Gather ground intelligence and alert senior management
immediately.

•Assist branches in matters related to police and judiciary.

•Respond immediately in customer dispute matters.

•Clearance of new branch premises from security perspective and
clearance of surveillance setup.

•Assist in auction activities when instructed.

•Checking of compliance of process.

•Any other related task assigned by management.

•Check and Assist G8H branches in all related matter.

•Keep an eye on all activities inside the organization and alert on
any integrity issue reported in any department.

2.Eligibility criteria

a.Ex Serviceman with min 15 years of service and released with
exemplary record not above 45 years of age.

b.Graduate with minimum 4 years experience in Fraud
prevention and investigation role

c.Police officer in the grade of Inspector below 62 years of
Age.(last Option)

3.Other expectations

a.Willingness to travel outstation for extended duration.
