Experience 5-6 yrs of experience in managing Franchisee sales

Key Accountability :

- Create & maintain good lead flow for new franchisee acquisitions.

- Deliver outstanding customer service in terms of pre sales and post service

- Post Sales Service (for first 3 months) i.e newly acquired franchisee on KYC acquisition & acquired sub brokers activation

- Acquisition of potential new sub broker/Franchisee/Channel partner. Handling team size of 6-7 RM's
