Strategy & Special Projects role (CEO's Office)

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive projects and take ownership of business critical initiatives, internal process improvements.

- Contribute actively to business decisions through qualitative inputs and in-depth qualitative analysis.

- Collect data/ information from multiple sources internal & external sources, analyse this data, derive insights, arrive at reasonable conclusions and present summary to CEO.

- Communication & Meeting Facilitator for CEO: Assist CEO in meetings and preparing materials, ensuring clear communication of actionable and closure of ATRs.

- Track multiple Projects ongoing in the organization, identify and resolve de-bottlenecks (if any).

Requirements:

- Post Graduate with Proven experience of 3 to 4 year in General Management / Management Consulting / Founder or CEO's office.

- A generalist & analytical mindset with experience and ability to participate in different areas.

- A thinker, hustler and executor, who is able to sift through the chaos and deliver.
