Job Title: Unit Manager/Senior Unit Manager

Location: Thane, Navi Mumbai, Andheri, Dadar

Experience Required: 35 years in Agency Channel (Health Insurance/General Insurance)

Educational Qualification: Graduate and above

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive business development and sales of Health Insurance and Wellness products.
• Recruit, onboard, and train agents for the promotion of health insurance and wellness products.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of agents and ensure smooth communication with potential and existing clients.
• Provide advisory services to clients on their Health Plan requirements and existing portfolios.
• Collaborate and maintain strong relationships with sales, underwriting, and product teams of Health Insurance companies.
• Assist in closing large retail deals at the location.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Technical Skills:
  
• Prior experience in the Health Insurance sector or with Health agencies.
• Proven ability to manage target-based revenue generation processes.
