As a Performance Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimising Performance Marketing campaigns across various platforms. What Youll Do
Campaign Management
Assist in creating, managing, and optimising Performance Marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
Market Research and Strategy
Conduct thorough market research to understand customer insights and competitive landscapes.
Collaborate with the team to develop strategies that align with business objectives and market trends.
Ad Copy and Creative Input
Write engaging ad copy tailored to different platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
Provide input for creatives, ensuring alignment with user experience (UX) and design best practices.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Track campaign metrics such as impressions, clicks, and conversions to measure success.
Prepare detailed reports to share insights and suggest optimizations.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with broader business and marketing strategies.
Share performance insights and collaborate to achieve team goals.
Requirements Must-Have
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of full-time experience in digital marketing or Performance Marketing management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ad dashboards like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of metrics like impressions, clicks, conversion rates, and ROI.
Data Tools: Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas).
Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
